International Facial Nerve Symposium

27–30 May 2029 – Uppsala, Sweden

Venue

Uppsala University

The IFNS 2029 conference venue is the Uppsala University Main Building (“Universitetshuset”). The building is just a few minutes walk from the city center.

The University Main Building was built in the 1880s. At the time, it housed all the University’s activities. Since then, the University has grown a lot, and today it is spread throughout the city. The University Main Building stands as a symbol of the university’s academic tradition and history, and is still used for lectures, conferences, concerts and university ceremonies.

The Uppsala University Main Building is an architectural landmark located in Uppsala, Sweden. Designed by architect Herman Teodor Holmgren in the neo-Renaissance style, it serves as the ceremonial and administrative center of the university. The building features an impressive grand auditorium with stunning acoustics, richly adorned interiors with murals and sculptures, and a façade characterized by classical columns and intricate stonework.

Visiting address: Biskopsgatan 3, 753 10 Uppsala
